T.V. s and unlimited power
I have to preface this, with, this could be a very hard train to follow, and I'm just
hoping it doesn't crash at the end.
I was fortunate, when I was very young to have been in a community, pretty
much without T.V. s but in which they were being introduced gradually.
So, when I was about 3 or 4 years old we had one, and the first experience
I remember with that, was the Wizard of Oz. I didn't see it completely
because I totally freaked out at the first appearance of the Wicked Witch
of the West. I remember this so distinctly, because I was unable to
go into a dark room for about 3 weeks. I was diagnosed with acute
Witch-itis.
Moving on to the unlimited power. Today, in the world we live in,
we have selected, individuals to have practically unlimited power.
I say that because, we really don't want to test that level of power,
so the result is - that power then , becomes practically with out bounds.
Now, one good question would be how is that possible? Where in fact
does that power come from? Going back to the TV, where did that
image and more than just image, but a certain level of power, come
from on that TV set almost 70 years ago? Well, the answer comes
from a hand full of equations, developed by a Scottish fellow,
named James Clerk Maxwell, His wiki page, follows:

Because of that, and other related efforts, some how
the Wicked Witch of the West was able to be projected
to a 3 year old, long ago.
And so with the power of these select individuals, that
power does come from somewhere, and in fact that
power comes from all of us. Essentially, like the invisible
waves, that produced the images on a machine, we are able
to accumulate this power, which then get invested in
certain individuals, which are often selected, in fairly
arbitrary ways.
Now, there are a lot of questions that can be asked
and probably should be asked about this particular
scenario. But I think it is pretty save to say that
it is acutely important for us to be aware of that
power, and take significant care about how we
go about using it.
