Briefly about science

I will try and make this as brief as possible, because stuff like this gets extremely

tedious, rapidly.

So we kind of have to start with Newton and Einstein, and what they were doing.

Both observed the natural world and found amazing harmony.  Newton in particular

was able to --- somehow --- comprehend that what was going on , on earth,

was also going on in the " celestial " sphere, meaning areas beyond the local planetary.

Well, of course, Einstein was very similar, only Einstein's world was somewhat more

complicated, however, there had been a lot of investigation and progress, as well, between

the time of those men, and so there was somewhat more understandings concerning

this " harmonious " situation as regards to nature.

So briefly, Einstein extended this notion of uniformity  to what we might

call the observable universe.  But, he did make some assumptions, mainly that the

universe is effectively uniform, kind of following along with Newton, and

the uniformity/universality of gravity.

So, very simply, space-time as we know it today is a manifold.  That means it

is a structure.  However, we do not know the --- exact --- nature of the

structure, and clearly, we do not know how this structure scales, as we

go from very minute regions to very vast region.

Nevertheless, we can make a conclusion about the nature of the structure

in that --- generally speaking ---, it appears more fluid that rigid in many

contexts.

In conclusion, as previously, no conclusion, not capable of a conclusion,

the Poincare Conjecture, might have something to do with it but not

all that sure. You will note, however, that a lot of it focuses around

what you might mean or think of in terms of " the universe ".
