Riggings and elections
So as briefly as possible, I wish to examine the issue of rigging and elections.
So, a simple example, used previously about , " do you want to stop at Dairy Queen ",
and why an election or collective decision might be important, in a general way.
But, assume that this occurs in an automobile, as the standard way that these things
work is you have one driver at a time, for better or worse. Now, if everybody
wants to stop at Dairy Queen except the driver, there is a better than even
chance that that election has been rigged, because there is a better than 50%
chance that nobody goes to Dairy Queen. The chances are about the same
whether or not the driver wants to stop at Dairy Queen. If he does, then most
likely everybody does go. So most people would say that this election has
been rigged or maybe stolen.
So elections do get rigged, probably a lot, as we can easily see, and of course
there might be consequences, like, for example, nobody wants to drive with
that guy, or girl again. At the end of the day, we can see this process of elections
and as well as being aware of and considering the consequences of the rigging
that might go on is pretty serious in general, because we see the process and
consequences going on generally in our social interactions.
